making a separate post for this actually. the reason why yue’s story will always hurt for me is that she never would have gotten another ending. yes, she is young and leaves so much behind and should have gotten to experience so much more in her life (and therein lies that painful injustice) but like. based on what we see of her she has an incredibly strong sense of duty, and she never would have made another choice than to sacrifice herself. she has been dead from the moment she walked on-screen
