I’ve been “down in a hole” one might say.... confused about my direction and next step. Sooooo since training is my therapy, Cam and i have been putting in work. I definitely needed to utilize more positive reinforcement with him, and got the clicker back out for learning new things. I love that training is my saving grace. Too bad it’s near impossible to find a decent cohesive person to train with/for as a living. Sigh.

True story, we had an absolutely terrible experience at the Holiday Inn (Superdome location) in New Orleans. The staff was combative and determined to point out things that "we should have known" when in actuality they were things that "they should've disclosed". Their behavior impacted 5 women, who have the potential too spread that negative experience like wildfire 🔥🔥 (I'm doing my part now). That made me think...if a conglomerate can have a negative experience that leads to poor reviews on yelp and sharing of that negative experience on social media....how devastating are negative reviews to your small business?
