So typically Iris and Burgundy get along pretty well and are good friends, however Georgia gets in between them sometimes. So, Iris and Georgia clash pretty often since Georgia tends to be racist and off-color with her sense of humor and that really bothers Iris. Despite Georgia's ignorance though, Burgundy, Bianca, Trip, and Stephan still hang out with her pretty often so Iris is disappointed in the 4 of them for enabling Georgia's rude behavior. She is especially disappointed in Burgundy since she lets herself be "controlled" by Georgia. That's right, Georgia always wants the final say in everything Burgundy does wether it's something as simple as what she will wear to a certain event or something a bit more severe like not allowing her to hang out with certain people. They do everything together Burgundy doesn't mind Georgia's controlling behavior and sees it like Georgia is just "looking out for her". Because of this, Iris constantly refers to Burgundy as a weakling, though never directly to her face.

If you're wondering why Trip, Bianca, and Stephan hang out with Georgia, well Trip himself tends to be a bit racist so he doesn't see anything wrong with Georgia's sense of humor, Bianca sees Georgia as a ticket to freedom since she grew up rather sheltered, and Stephan is very lax when it comes to poor taste and doesn't tend to get emotional or react to that sorta thing. Finally, Georgia is Burgundy's closest friend and they grew up together so they have a very special bond that Burgundy doesn't want to lose, but she definitely doesn't approve of racism or anything in poor taste, she just doesn't want to lose her best friend since Georgia is very stubborn.
