I'm a bit caught off guard with internet gamers who were new to Star Fox calling the remake "one hour content". As if the biggest selling point of the game it's based on is its replayability. There are many paths you can take to better your score and see different interactions. Though, the remake really blew it by removing the high score records. But even without that, there-s still a ton to duem

IdK I think modern gaming culture is making people think that in order for a game to be long it needs to have a long story or just be a crafty/cozy game. People don't appreciate the arcade style games anymore. And that is mostly because streaming is a big thing now, people who set up time blocks to stream a game for a certain amount of time. Then they get surprised when they finish one path in under and hour and think "that's it?" or just don't have an interest in doing another path.
