I don't know baseball terms, much less Japanese baseball terms, but the caption under Whitley in the second pic is saying something about her throw having no control

Green comments that it's because she's closing her eyes while throwing

X asks if Green's talking about Whitley or him

Edit for clarification: Since Japanese doesn't use gendered 3rd person pronouns, Green is saying something along the lines of "It's because they keep closing their eyes while throwing, both 'this person' and 'that person'" and X is asking "Am I 'this person' or 'that person'?"
