Random thought moment
I walked into a bar- of expectations that was so high that I felt myself reaching for my head and grasping my hair, thinking that I could never be the queen of this world. I have the potential but if I don't act on it, the time will slip by and there are many others to claim the throne.

Shoe recommendations please?
Hey there! So I need some help. I use to love going to the gym and working out and I had to take some time away from that in order to help my grandparents. The problem? Since stepping away from fitness my tibial and soleus tendons have started causing me some discomfort (from the back of my knees to my toes). I'd like to start getting back into a small fitness routine, but I also think that some shoes with nice arch support would help. Here's the thing- I know nothing about shoes with good arch support. When I was working out I would wear vibram fivefingers all of the time and now that I've stepped away from that I have been wearing those cheap lace up canvas shoes from Walmart. So I'm totally open to suggestions. However, Nike does run too narrow for me. If you have any brand suggestions or even specific shoes that are your go to please fill free to share. Thank you.
