Yes this picture is dark, and yes it is blurry, but I kind of wanted to share my proud aunt moment. My nephew has heard me talk about my running and my @Fitbit and all that jazz for months. Yesterday he told me he wanted a Fitbit, well he's 8, and I can't quite afford to buy him a Fitbit so I got him a cheap fitness tracker, regardless of it not being a "real" Fitbit he was ecstatic! He asked me if I would start running with him, of course I told him yes! We even started tonight and he got about 1,000 steps on his tracker (we run/walk until he's tired), every time he looks at his steps his face just lights up, he's so proud of himself 😊❤️. We are planning to do our first race together in April doing the @colormerad5k . I can't even explain how excited and how freaking adorable he is. I was talking to him about the races and how most of the time you get a t shirt and he replies with "I won't ever have to buy any new shirts then, I'll just get the shirts from the races" 😂.
