Same run, two different tracking apps. Oh boy. I run three days a week. Today, I made a very big mistake that I will not do again. I went running in 97° weather, with no shade, and no water. I got heat stroke. I wanted to go earlier in the day, but didn’t make it out until around 2:30 PM. I have learned from this mistake and will choose cooler times a day and a shady route from now on. On another note, I am a very slow runner and 12:09 is my fastest mile so far! I am starting to feel more endurance while running and I can go for a longer amount of time without feeling so winded.
