I know it looks easy.. but, it's actually core (abs & low back), arms, shoulders, upper back, stabilizers.. etc, plus it's a cardio exercise... 😱... pls note - this is not a TRX, it's a buddy system by Lebert Fitness. I don't normally post workout videos, but I had to share my new favorite exercise! I call it "Single Leg Lateral Sliding Squat". It targets your glutes, quads & inner thighs. It's a spin off of one of @lyzabethlopez's exercises. I decided that incorporating a slider underneath the straight leg adds more kick to the workout 😊 #trainwithlyzabeth
Burn baby burn!!! The hams & glutes react well to explosive movements. While I do most moves and with heavy weights, I also love balance/stability movements & body weight movements... This incorporates both. This move us surprisingly a bit more advanced. One should have happy knees, and great form on lunges before trying this😉 #trainwithlyzabeth (at Hourglass Workout)
