Where yoongi has never been really sure about being a boy, but people kept saying him that he was and so he tried to act like one. He acts very manly just to keep his doubt buried deep.
The thing is that he’s not happy, he doesn’t feel like he’s being honest to the people he loves and himself. Hell, he doesn’t even know what his gender is, he doesn’t feel like a boy but not like a girl either..what could he be? Is he condamned to be unhappy forever?
The same goes with his sexuality, acting (too) manly resulted in him getting tones and tones of girlfriends, trying to proove that he can be a “real man”.
But then, one day he meets Jimin, a man who’s not afraid to show his feminine side, he doesn’t care and it doesn’t make him less of a man.
Jimin will help Yoongi come to terms with his gender identity and is behind him when he does his coming out to the people his loves.
