got reminded of an old trans anduin oneshot I made and I rewrote so
//
There was a pause, and silence. Loud silence.
“Father,” he had said, before the silence. Nothing else came out for several moments after he’d retrieved Varian’s attention, even after his father looked down at him.
“I have, um, something to tell you,” he had said, before the silence. The longer silence. And his father urged him to speak, to continue with what he wanted to say.
He stammered, before the silence. Then he sputtered.
Varian frowned at him. “Spit it out.”
“I’m a boy, uh, trapped in a girl’s body. And I would like...” He swallowed. “to be your son.”
And then came the silence.
Varian said nothing, only showed, with his action, and he hugged his son. He hugged him tightly.
He blinked and hugged his father, burying his face in the broad shoulder of the warrior.
“Well,” Varian said, after a few more moments of embrace, “have you picked a name?”
His son smiled. “Anduin.”
“Anduin Wrynn. A fine name for my son,”

Anduin is a trans, Disney princess.
No, I will not elaborate.
written for a person I saw while searching up trans anduin here.
Anduin’s heart was racing. He couldn’t speak. He could barely breathe.
“What do you need to tell me, Audrisa?”
The blonde boy took a deep breath and folded his arms over his chest as he hunched over. “Father, I...” He looked down. Had he not, he might have noticed the dire look of concern across his father’s features.
“I-I, um... I know you know me a-as your daughter,” He was trying hard not to stutter. Varian nodded and listened. “Go on,” He urged.
“And, I want you to know, I’m still the s-same person.”
“Audrisa, spit it out,”
Varian wasn’t trying to be impatient, but he worried something was wrong with his dear child.
“I want to be your son,” Anduin muttered, just loud enough to hear. Varian blinked, and paused for a moment, before he stood from the throne he sat on.
Anduin was terrified of what might happen next.
He let out an unintentional, surprised yelp when his father pulled him into a tight embrace.
“Then you are my son, my boy.”
Varian smiled gently at his son, looking down at him, without breaking the embrace he had around him. His son was still in shock. He chuckled a bit. “Do you have a name picked out already?”
“... Anduin...”
“I think that name suits you well, my son.”
