✷ denki transitioned when he first started middle-school, at around twelve years old. up until that point, he'd just lived as a girl, since he hadn't really realised that you could change your gender.

✷ he wanted to name himself "raijin", after the shinto god of thunder and lightning, but his elder sister, hikari, suggested "denki", instead.

✷ his parents aren't supportive of him, and are generally neglectful/abusive. hikari moved out of the house years ago, so denki stays with her whenever he can. hikari took him to get his first "boy" haircut. despite his parents not being supportive, they also don't care enough to get mad at him when he cuts his hair and changes his name.

✷ he very-rarely gets dysphoric. mostly, he gets self-conscious about how slim he is compared to his classmates.

✷ he loved gyaru and decora fashion before transitioning, but forced himself to dress more "normally", since it wasn't "manly". he only started dressing how he liked after eijirou saw an old picture of him dressed-up, and called it "manly".

✷ doesn't get dysphoric about his chest very often. hikari bought him a binder, but he rarely, if ever, uses it. he's perfectly fine in a sports-bra.

✷ whenever they can, he and hikari go to pride events together in gyaru/o and/or decora outfits.

✷ he's out at yuuei. he didn't initially tell anyone, but he didn't keep it a secret, either. the boys found out when they were changing on the first day, since he was wearing a sports bra. the girls found out through word-of-mouth, or when he inevitably came to them about borrowing period-products.

✷ very comfortable in his body. so much so that he let hanta attempt to bind his chest with his tape (they almost ripped a nipple off and had to go to recovery girl).

✷ mineta is very friendly at first, and denki likes having a guy friend, so he goes along with a lot of what mineta wants to do. he only stops being friends with mineta when he tries to get pictures of denki changing.

✷ a large reason for why he acted perverted in the beginning of the year is because he felt like he wasn't "manly" enough with the other guys around, and mineta was encouraging him. denki apologised to the girls once he and mineta stopped being friends.

✷ when denki found out that katsuki was also trans, he didn't believe it at first because he thought that katsuki was too "buff and handsome" to be trans. once he realised that katsuki actually was trans, he started clinging to him even more, overjoyed to have another trans guy around.

✷ he rages on his period. once, he punched shōto in the face for asking a question, then cried about it. . . even though shōto assured him that it was okay, and that he wasn't hurt.

✷ would like to get top-surgery, since his breasts get in the way when he's trying to lie on his side (and they're just a general inconvenience), but he's always wanted nipple-piercings, too. denki's worried that his nipples will fall-off after getting top-surgery, and that he'll no longer have nipple-piercings.

✷ denki bought a packer once. he lost it at school, and has never found it again.

✷ when he goes pro, he calls-out a bunch of older pros for being transphobic, then poaches a lot of their queer sidekicks. he's very involved in any lgbtqia+ charity work that he can do, as well, and often donates to queer suicide-prevention hotlines.

You and Denki been friends ever since the first month of UA. And now..both of ya are besties.

Whenever you need him, he’ll do whatever to make you happy. Snacks, funny videos, jokes, or just anything..and you’re always there for him.

So when the time comes for him to tell you that he’s trans..man, he tries to hide his nervous, but his quirk would leave a spark or two whenever he tries to bring it up. He knows you wouldn’t reject him being trans, but damn, he was nervous.

It only took a while before you noticed that he was nervous about something, but being the bestie you are, you didn’t want to push him. Soon when he did tell you, after class, he’s very relief and very happy that you support him.(Plz respect and support everyone in the LGBTQIA+)

When you two go shopping with the rest of 1A. Y’all would go to the boys’ clothing area and would get him clothes to make him feel more a boy and you secretly buy him a small trans flag and a trans pin which he LOVES when you give it to him.

You two always have each other’s backs..and I mean like BIG times. Neither of you will hesitate to use your quirks to protect each other..ok..maybe you guys will, but that besides my point. And before you ask. You’re the first one he told that he’s trans cause he trust you the most

He first got his eyes on you during the third round of the sport festivals. And he haven’t stop falling in love with you since.

And you haven’t stop falling in love with him since the USJ incident. Sure, he doesn’t have much brain cells, but he’s funny and always there to cheer you up..and that’s what matter to you.

He asked you out during Christmas Break and you both share a kiss on New Years Day. Ever since that..you two start dating..course, the Bakusquad(expect for Bakugo) bet who would asked who out first.

You guys keep dating for a few months..and that when Denki finally decide to come out to you. Course, he was very nervous since he wasn’t sure if you’re gonna leave him after he comes out.

But once he does, boy, he was wrong. You support the pikachu boi and give him endless amount of hugs and kisses and MAN, WAS HE RELIEF!!

So when it’s time for his birthday or pride month..or just any random days. You would give him any trans stuff that you can get and a mug saying “I love my BOY” and whenever he feel insurance about himself..you shall give him kisses and cuddles.

He is so glad that you support him and respect him for being trans. And when he decide to come out to the squad, you were by his side and rubbing his hand. Course, you’re the first one to know he’s trans before he told the Bakusquad.

Overall. Platonic or Romance. He’s always there for you and he’s happy that you’re there for him. That’s something he would never forget..even if he have a small brain cell..he would never forget the strong bond and the support.
