Managed to shower without a meltdown 🙌

I know that might sound like nothing, but my dysphoria is SO BAD today and a shower good enough to tape afterwards requires so much more attention to my chest area than I would like to give it.

But yeah. Showered. Drying off. Open bind and packing soon.

Small victories can feel so big.

I can’t pee

I got my Freetom stp yesterday. At first when I tried to use it, I was too excited and I couldn’t. then the second time I tried to use it I fucked up bc I didn’t read the card all the way and didn’t know I should’ve paced myself. The product is great, I’m just bad at peeing I guess. Idk. I’ll let you know how it goes. I’m full of a lot of water.
