Headcanons for trans girl yasuhiro and some classmates + hirokos reaction?
As usual, please lmk if I got anything wrong/offensive and I'll fix it!
Hiro had a great amount of gender euphoria when she came out even to herself as a trans girl. She was almost a little reluctant to come out to her classmates and mom, though, just in case they wouldn’t take it well.
She actually came out to Makoto first, since he was a chill person, and he fully accepted Hiro! He even offered to help with whatever she needed, like coming out to the rest of their class or figuring out a new wardrobe.
She decided that she would come out to her classmates on a smaller scale, starting with those she knew would be more open and supportive rather than those who she didn’t think would react quite as well.
Thankfully, she was right in her judgements of those who did support her and offered to help figure out how the others would react. At that point, she was more concerned about her mom.
Though of course Hiroko assured Hiro that she would love her no matter what, and was very supportive, even offering to help with her transition and legally changing her name, if she wanted.
My friends and I were talking about characters we head canon as LGBTQIA+ and I decided to sketch some of them out.
Here’s a trans Hiro from Big Hero 6 (modeled after the animated series). This style is deceptively hard to replicate.
