Look I’m just putting it out there,

While it’s not my favorite option for how Kenny keeps coming back, in the show they do say it’s cause Carol keeps giving birth to him over and over again,

And like,

The likelihood that every single time he gets the exact same chromosomes and genetic makeup every single time is, like, statistically impossible,

So if you want to Headcanon a TransMasc Kenny, there you go :)

Alternatively, same argument for if you want to argue for Transfemme Kenny technically, the difference being that Kenny wouldn’t have to medically transition (& /potentially socially transition depending on if you think it’d change the timeline and the characters memories) so like, thats actually really cool too :D
