as someone tangential to the medical field it does make me a tad uncomfy to rb stuff about just freeballing your meds and dosing, but I do always have to remind myself that doctors (with respect to the years of education) don't know shit about shit if it isn't in a study or part of their experience. To be fair, no one in medicine does, that's why we do studies so goddamn much. And there aren't good studies on trans people because of, yknow, the hatred of us. So this is what we have.
