My name is Connie and for years now, my friend Dante has been stuck in an abusive home.
I’ve committed to a cross-country road trip to remove him from his abuse, but I’m disabled and have no income. It will cost roughly $700. The trip will take a week starting in Oregon and ending in Mississippi, funding is needed for gas, food and budget hotels. We plan to leave June 6th.
Dante is mentally ill, trans and autistic, and is unable to receive any medical support in his abusive home. I’m also trans and disabled. I know this is a hard time for everyone so it’s okay if you don’t have anything to spare, but please consider reblogging this post to reach a wider audience.
