My name is Connie and for years now, my friend Dante has been stuck in an abusive home.

I’ve committed to a cross-country road trip to remove him from his abuse, but I’m disabled and have no income. It will cost roughly $700. The trip will take a week starting in Oregon and ending in Mississippi, funding is needed for gas, food and budget hotels. We plan to leave June 6th.

Dante is mentally ill, trans and autistic, and is unable to receive any medical support in his abusive home. I’m also trans and disabled. Since the ice storm is over,

We’re still struggling a little. We had to restock our whole fridge, condiments and all. We could really use another $51ish to get us through the next couple weeks.

Please help me survive until I find a job.

Hello, I’m Genevieve. I am a homeless, jobless trans girl looking for work and spending my nights at a shelter run by a Christian ministry.

The shelter charges $7 a night and I have monthly bills that total up to around $100.

I have been sexually assaulted at this shelter and don’t exactly have an alternative place to stay. The shelter also has mandatory chapel services every single night and they follow a very strict fundamentalist mentality with a heavy anti-lgbt slant, one pastor outing and giving personal information (including the address) of a trans man he disliked.

The combination of these two has been very damaging on my mental health, resulting in self-harm more than once.

My car is also in bad shape and is in need of service that will cost $40. I need to do this immediately; I can’t get around to jobs or safe spots without it.

I’m in a very bad place mentally and emotionally and need all the support I can get until I am hired. I am actively looking for work.
