ROBOCAR CARRERA (o Cliffjumper hecho en Brasil)

El Minibot conocido como Cliffjumper fue hecho en dorado (y rojo) en sus primeras partidas en Brasil, por Estrela. Se transforma en una versión Choro-Q de un Porsche 924 Turbo.

Qué tal se ve junto a una versión real? Es probable que no haya sido deliberada semejanza alguna con el Porsche de Walther Roehrl (en la carta “Super Triunfo”), pero, por qué no?

Day 54: Powerglide (Transformers Generation 1)

Today’s Minibot is Powerglide! I haven’t spent much time with Powerglide since I got his Combiner Wars figure, but I brought him with me on Vacation on a whim, and he’s pretty darn cool!

I know that Powerglide has a lot of good moments in the G1 cartoon, especially in the episode “The Girl who Loved Powerglide.” Now that episode has a human lady fall in love with Powerglide, and he reciprocates(?)

But, then I thought about the female autobots episode. In which Powerglide and Moonracer have a history. So how does that work with the human girl?

I dunno, but I sketched little pencil drawings about it.

Nuevo en la colección: Bumblebee versión china de 1990. En las fotos no se distingue muy bien, pero el amarillo es más pálido que los de los 80. Lo más distintivo son el parachoques sin pintar y el estampado del país de construcción borrado. En la última foto, la flota de Bumblebees a la fecha.

Destructor, the Tank, Warbot (facción de los malos) de Mysterians de Marchon.

Por mucho tiempo pensé que la “M” que llevan algunos de los Minibots de Transformers era de “Microchange”. Fue un descubrimiento relativamente reciente el encontrarme con esta línea que pudo haber sido de una manera y terminó por otra parte, la que efectivamente comparte el referido emblema.
