The T.R.F.'s files are somewhat cautious when talking about that particular inmate. Still, I was able to recover a portion of their maintenance logs.

██/██: Subject Gamma's drooling results in excessive buildup of acidic by-product left on the containment chamber's floor. An NBC team is sent in to neutralize it. After Subject Gamma's acidic by-product melts through its mouth guard, Subject Gamma verbally threatens operative ████████ with ████████████ and subsequent devourment of ████████████. The acidic by-product is successfully neutralized and an acid-resistant mouth guard is attached. ██/██: Subject Gamma frees one hand from bindings, and attempts to breach the containment chamber. Response team ███ successfully pacifies Subject Gamma with minimal casualties, and the containment chamber is sterilized. ██/██: Subject Gamma is discovered to have learned Morse code. Blinks translate to a demand for a deceased ██████. Request denied. ██/██: Subject Gamma dislocates limbs to break free of restraints, but proves unable to breach the containment chamber. Before the arrival of response team ███, Subject Gamma attempts to scratch several threatening messages into the chamber walls (see Appendix D for possible interpretations), but its poor control over its damaged limbs allows it to be pacified without further incident. ██/██: Subject Gamma chews through its mouth guard and spits it at the chamber’s viewing window, fracturing it. Subject Gamma verbally threatens to remove observers’ ██████. A reinforced mouth guard is attached and the window is replaced. ██/██: Subject Gamma converts to vehicle mode, breaking restraints. (NB: Older versions of this file observed that Subject Gamma seemed incapable of conversion, theorising damaged internal mechanisms to be at fault. Subject Gamma appeared to express surprise after successfully converting.) Subject Gamma uses its own head to break the viewing window, requiring several blows, giving observers time to escape. Subject Gamma is confined to Level ██, and eventually subdued.

As you can see, much of the document is redacted, but it does seem that Berserker's life had a certain routine to it.

The guardian knight's struggle against the Transformers Reaction Force and seeming abandonment by his kin was enough to make him a suitable recruit for their forces.
