Did another double today. Next time I do a double I need to make sure to bring a gel or some food for in between. Thursday it was lightening and thunder and raining so we skipped our run. Today did HIIT and slow 3 miles. Tomorrow Saturday morning the plan is 8 miles then a 4 miler in the afternoon and hopefully a 3 on Sunday. I am trying to be as fit as a fiddle for Ragnar Vegas. I will have almost 20 miles to run. Fun fun!
