1/28/20, one year post-op with Dr. Berli at OHSU! The first photo was taken by my lovely sister on February 8th, eight or ten days post-op, the last two photos were taken this morning in my bathroom! 16-year-old Priestly never thought he’d be at home in his body, and I’m so glad that he was wrong. I wept on my friend’s bed the first night after having top surgery, so overwhelmed with emotion and finally feeling at home in a body that had felt foreign and wrong for so many years.
