I rarely post on here but I just want to say that it fills me with so much joy to see that there are a growing amount of intellectual people around the world fighting with logic and fact to make people better understand the necessity and normalcy of what fatness and body diversity is. Of course it is a slow road in a capitalist, misogynistic and judgemental world teaming with ideals that thinness is right, but I do feel there is enough people fighting and advocating for us to be on the precipice of change towards a world where there is much more acceptance and celebration of every single body, most importantly bodies that hold fat.

I saw a video talking about/pondering about why theres very few fat elves (insert any fantasy race here aswell) in most fantasy media and the comments are such a joy because these people are trying their hardest to find new ways to have excuses to not have to write anyone other than super skinny women, most of the time having horrific misunderstandings of mammalian anatomy lmao like on one hand, im all for creative problem solving in worldbuilding, on the other hand maybe let this one back in the oven for a bit this idea is a bit undercooked, youtube commenter-

So I made a Substack! (Email newsletter). Not a paywalled one, but a way to share my fiction without worrying about writing to market. The things I really love. Lonely people, soppiness, spice, every body and mind type is beautiful, consent is queen. Tried writing to market, didn't like it. Writing with my heart instead.

My tentative plan is to use it to make me polish and publish on a strict weekly schedule, and build an audience for the stuff I actually want to write rather than what I was writing to sell. I'm starting off with a story I started on AO3 long ago, and I'm writing for this now. A chapter a week in your inbox.
