Since i for some reason have to say this,
Some are racist (transblack, transjapanese, etc), some are ableist (transautistic, transADHD, etc),
ALL, YES ALL, are TRANSPHOBIC, a transid is something you dont have/are not that you want to ‘transition’ into having/being. Disabilities are not something you can transition into having, race (dont argue w me abt this i promise ik more than u) is not something u can change/transition into being different. Being transgender is valid because gender and how society mostly perceives it is a social construct. Gender is technically not real, thats why you can change your gender, thats why you can perceive yourself as any gender.
Edit no 2; transgender is NOT a transid and transspecies (alterhuman term im pretty sure) should be reclaimed, thats it, no such thing as ‘goodfaith’ transids, WAHWAHWAH i dont wanna hear it.
Edit 1 because i forgot to say; but i realise that race is also a social construct, racial categories are illogical but also tied into white supremacy and the oppression of POC, mainly BIPOC (black and indigenous people). Ty person in the comments for bringing that to my attention, hella sorry i forgot to say 👁️👅👁️. Also, just because i have said this, does not meant that you can still ‘transition’ into being another race/ethnic group ok? Even though race is #unreal, because of the affects it and its concepts have had on marginalised communities its still very harmful and incredibly insensitive to try and do this. Concepts still have a hold over people, and my people are still followed around stores and denied their right to wear their natural/cultural hairstyles in the workplace because of racism. Fiction affects reality, how do you think the concept of race was popularized?
