• TransOnryō | Trans Onryō:

TransOnryō is a subterm of Transyoukai. Transyoukai also called transyokai and transyōkai, is a term for those who feel as though they should be a type of youkai, supernatural beings from Japanese folklore. TransOnryō specifically is a term for those as who feel as though they should be an Onryō, a youkai from Japanese Folklore.

An Onryō (怨霊) is a vengeful spirit from Japanese folklore and literature. Born from individuals who died with intense feelings of jealousy, rage, or grief (such as victims of murder or betrayal), their cosmic wrath is so powerful that it allows them to return to the living world to exact eternal vengeance.
