Maybe not the most picturesque moment, but still a moment in time. There is a very large transit strike in France. It affected our ability to fly here. It affected the trains we took to get to our hotel. And once we arrived, there was a gigantic protest in the square outside of our hotel for the transit strike. Good thing for double-panes windows, because those protestors are LOUD!
