meticulously takes notes to compensate for memory loss, finds it hard to hold relationships because of clashing opinions from alters (also what gives the sometimes vastly different dialogue choices), iirc from One thing i read Once before daniil shoots himself in p3 you get the chance to kind of. convince him not to, in a way? ALTERS. dislike of appearance? incongruencies between innerworld and outerworld appearance (though this is a bit more of a stretch they could all (or some) just hate how the body looks lol) not to mention! the whole symbolism of the broken mirrors and the image / idea of daniil being "shattered" or "fractured" in some way, and the memory inconsistencies with all the timeline things (yes its Timeline things but you have to admit, its pretty close to dissociation) "how did he get it?" have you forgotten everything about father dankovsky bro

story idea: post-p3, idk which ending I'll fucking create a new one if i have to to let him stay in the town, but he and artemy end up together. daniil is slowly calming down, and now that he isnt fueled by stress and strychnine, they (collective they) enter a different sort of dissociative state (lowkey catatonic, but not quite there) and when they get out of it, uh oh! new alter! its fucking eva. because eva's hospitality was what held them together at the seams, and the seams are where they're falling apart now, so their brain made the logical connection and boom introject.

topics to focus on:

new alter interacting with someone who they know next to nothing about, but the person knows a lot about the rest of them collectively, and it's a jarring and uncomfortable experience to have to ask clarifying questions about someone you're supposed to know well

you're a female alter, in the body of a trans male. aint that fucked
