Or Bass, who they always call slasher, he is basically a bakugou in this comic.

And for some reason they thought kalinka was more important than rush and decided to make kalinga go through the multiverse expanding comunism...what?
You might think I'm just taking things out of context, but I'm not. In fact, if I wanted to use out of context pictures I could simply show this page:

For some mysterious reason hey thought it would be a good idea to make Roll an older sister so now she's not actually made inspired by a 12 year old but as grown woman ( I'm not saying that's good, tho. That's actually worse, now the can put her in weird "clothes" and make the most exagerated camera angles )
Now, the quality of the drawing is very subjective and quite messy, but for good reason. By the time this comic was made, a lot of young artists were very inspired by anime and manga, so after they got a very controvertial license to use megamen's characters they called unprofessional young people who liked to draw and liked megaman and made the comic themselves. This way more artists could be recognized by their work, some are really good like Daniel HDS for example and some still had a lot to learn and this comic helped a lot. This is why the style changes from issue to issue ( they were alowed to use their own style so it would be more recognizable )
About the license, the crew had the lisence to translate the original japanese manga, however, as far as I know, on a sort of a tecnicality on the contract, they somehow got a "license" to use all megaman characthers (acording tho them at least, I'm not sure if this is true).

(Ps: the original writer was doing such a bad job that he was fired around after the 4 issue, so if you think It's all horrible I garantee that the plot actually gets interesting after the 5 issue.)
