So now that cis women doing things like getting top surgery, going on t and packing is becoming more normalized in the queer community, can we normalize this for cis men as well? Cis men going on estrogen or getting facial feminization or voice training for a higher range should be normalized. Whenever I see a post about this the author will be like "cis women!! Remember you can go on t and all that stuff without wanting to be men! And cis men can go on e too, but don't be surprised if you actually turn out to be a girl" and idk maybe it's just me but that's weird. Maybe this is why cis men don't want to experiment, because they'll instantly be pushed into that box by everyone. I think this sentiment is a product of the idea that tranfemininity is a Big Deal while transmasculinity isn't. It stems from the idea that masculinity is the normal way to present, while femininity is an exception to this. Saying stuff like this is harmful to the trans community and I don't think people realize this. Anyway, just some food for thought really, tell me what y'all think about this
