What do you do post workout and why?? . Fun fact! Your muscles don't grow in the gym. They grow while they are recovering. . What happens when your muscles grow? (I'll give you a hint, you don't turn into @schwarzenegger *cough* ladies *cough*) your lean body mass increases!! . What happens with more lean body mass?! Higher metabolic rate. . Long story longer, growing your muscles helps you lose weight. BINGO. ๐๐๐ . What you put in your body immediately after a workout is just as important as what you put in at the gym. So last week for lunches consisted of 2.5oz crock pot chicken with thai chili peanut sauce, 100g sweet potato, and asparagus.
