Trans Schizoaffective(Bipolar) tips?
Does anyone here have any tips/ideas as to how i can make myself Schizoaffective Bipolar. i mean i'm allready part way there but i need to be all the way there. Also i'm really fucking bored rn someone goddamn do something.
I mean I probably am on the spectrum
I am not going to be angry abt it, but I don't really have severe enough symptoms.
Delusions and hallucinations do kinda shock me but I am mostly fine with them, also it would be easier to get admitted into a psyche ward but my grades would suffer so I can't go yet.
Bugs running up my skin
I already have felt it before but making it more realistic is nice, and to be able to have more delusions.
