(I don't know much about culture, so here's just what I can give about it!)
TransSerbian Tips!:
Practice the accent! Listen to clips of CisSerbian people speaking, and try to copy their accent! Over time, it'll become automatic.
Buy decor for your room if you can! Flags, common cultural items, anything that makes you feel closer to it!
Practice actual Serbian! Listen to Serbian podcasts with subtitles, practice using lessons from online/in person schools that teach it.
Print pictures of Serbia! Pretend that you're visiting where ever you are now. Journal and scrapbook about your adventures around the US/UK, or where ever you are! Journal in Serbian too if you can!
