why in the flying fuck are you telling people how to keep their blades clean if you're trying to stop people selfharming? seems pretty retarded to me.

Because, regardless if we ask them not to- That person may self injure anyway. We cannot prevent that. We can talk to them and try to work through the triggers and the reasons behind their self harming, but no. Words cannot simply stop the act.Our goal here, as it's always been is to keep our followers SAFE. Cutting isn't something you can stop cold turkey. It really isn't. It's a step by step thing that you have to want to do- And not do just because someone's begging it of you.

If we can keep our followers safe, out of the hospital with relatively not torn up skin, what exactly do you think we'd do? No, we're not going to explain how to cut, where, what tools to use, where to get them, any information on medications that can cause harm or any way shape or form to harm yourself. 

Does that make any sense to anyone?
