i just wanna post some of my favorite music from this summer. i don’t know why, but here we go!

PUNCH BROTHERS—

1. like it’s going out of style— not only do i relate to the lyrics, but i’m absolutely in love with how gentle this song is.

2. patchwork girlfriend— such a unique energy this song brings!! it could stop me from crying even on the worst days.

3. hundred dollars— do i need to explain

4. the blind leaving the blind— mvt 4– holy crap. the musicality and precision they have to have to get all of the cogs moving in this movement makes it my favorite by far.

5. you are— this song is so.. sexy?? and spiteful. and gorgeous. i don’t get it but i want to

6. rye whiskey— not only a classic but has appeared in three of my dreams this past month. how weird!
