Stage 2 of me drawing Harris and myself.
(Slightly better, but still can’t draw)
The aboleth demanded knowledge. Taunting the party about his infinite wealth of information, he boldly proclaimed that he would let them go if they could show him something he did not know previously. In desperation after multiple failed attempts, Harris pulled on feelings he hadn’t yet dared to face. Trask was focused on holding the waves apart, and never saw the kiss coming. As the waves crashed down on them, the moment seemed to last a lifetime. It wasn’t enough for the greedy aboleth, but it was the start of something beautiful.

Our group made it back to camp, and had some... shall we say... interesting escapades ensue...
Ouch... Tentacles hurt
So, We were in the dungeon of the God of knowledge Ziel (He can go stuff it), and we were looking for this robe that was supposed to be here somewhere. So, we go inside and are split up immediately. I’m in a kinda wet hallway, with a bit of water, up to my ankles or so. There’s a door at the end that opens up into a library. I grab a few books, and figure out that the only way out is the door i just took, so i take it, and find my friend Ditty the dwarf in a smaller room with a desk and a few shelves. He was smoking, and soaking, and i asked him what happened, and he just looked at me and left. He is an odd person. I grab another book off the desk, it was black and had a skull on it, and looked cool. I go though the door Ditty went through and find Harris, sitting on the ground in front of a statue unresponsive. I said his name, and nothing. I picked him up, and he didn’t really respond other than a small mumble. So i drag him out of the room and he went back to normal. He was really panicked and apparently his mind had been reduced to a toddler. He started to walk away and I grabbed him by the horns and said that we were going to fix this, and get out of this horrible place. We are all back together now and there’s a door in front of us. A voice starts talking to us from the darkness, and Harris tells it to screw itself. We walk towards the door and the door vanishes. I walk to the end of the stone walkway, and there’s water, and something in it, like a creature. It just swims out of view in the darkness. The voice asks us for knowledge that it doesn’t know. We find out it can’t read minds, so that’s good, but it does know us better than the rest of the party does, which is scary. It offered me a way out of that accursed dungeon and would tell me my mother’s name. My real mother’s name, not Muriel, but Muriel is mom, end of story. The water starts to rise, so i start to control it and make it go around us, so we aren’t going for a swim. Harris kisses Verin out of desperation to see if the creature would let us through, and it doesn’t work, so Harris kisses me out of feeling bad, and causes me to drop the water out of surprise, and as we break apart, three large tentacles come out of the wall of water beside me, and slam into me. I’m pretty sure i cracked a rib, and I was thrown into the water, and then all hell broke loose.
The water started swirling and made a whirlpool, that was sucking us all towards the center of it. The creature focused on me and Ditty, because we were closest to it. I had lost all patience and just started hitting it with my staff. I was filled with more rage than I had seen in myself in a very long time. I thought I had gotten control of my temper, but apparently I need to work on that a bit more. Anyway, at some point, Ditty was knocked unconscious by this large creature that was attacking us, and Masetan had to swim down to save him. Verin and Harris were throwing what they could at it. Verin said something at one point that seriously invigorated me and gave me a second wind in the fight, I swear i felt my rib snap back into place. And then the creature immediately re-dislocated it. Harris yelled something I couldn’t quite make out, but it snapped me out of the haze of my anger and I blinked and the creature was hanging on by a thread, so I cast a tried and true spell. I made that creature go away a very long time. I was afraid it wouldn’t work under water, but it did, much more than I thought it would. It went into the depths, and the whirlpool went away as well. I pulled myself out of the water and took a deep breath, and found out that I couldn’t breathe, and i fell back into the water, and gasped for air, and I could breathe. The creature did something to me... I couldn’t breathe air for a few hours, and I needed to stay damp or else my skin started to peel and ache horribly. It also was much thinner than I remember, and I could almost see through it. It was gross. I hope Harris still likes me....
We found the stupid Robe, but we also found my friend the Headmaster of the school I went to, he had died protecting the robe. I grabbed him and the robe, and we left. We found out that a lot of our friends had died protecting the school, and were able to leave by some sort of swirling ice cloud or something. When the swirling cloud stopped, there was a massive dragon in front of us, but I was too tired, exhausted, and done to care. I needed to put the body down, figure out if these robes are worth it, and sleep...
That was my first kiss... I don’t know what to do. I need to talk to Verin and Mugs later and figure that out.
Buff Druid
So, I survived a dragon attack on my hometown, escaped to find my friends who then helped me get into my school and into the dungeon under the school, right? Well, long story short, Verin, she’s my gnome friend. Very cute, if I may say so... and a bit awkward and quiet, which is good, but also a book lover, like myself. Well, she has a stick, right? That she hits things with, but she’s not very strong. Well, I found a belt that makes me as strong as a giant, and I gave it to her. She is now the strongest of us all, in so many ways. Thank you for keeping me and Harris alive, Verin. Your actions will not be forgotten.
PS. What do I do about Harris kissing me? I’m so confused.... help...
4th letter home
Mom,
This forest is so… creepy. We found a river, and it has dead things in it, they talk to me. I think I saw you. I hope you’re okay, I miss you dearly. Did you call my name? This place, I need to get out of here. There’s a Chimaera here, or was. We killed it, and Maseton, he wasn’t entirely here for this trip. Apparently his brother died by this beast, he needed revenge. I wonder if we can raise one. We found an egg, I’m sure we can keep it alive somehow. I don’t know, you were always better with animals than I was. I’m hopefully gonna come home soon. See you soon, mom.
This is stage 1 of my attempting to Draw Harris and myself.

2nd Letter Home
Dear mom,
We met a new member of our group. She’s a small gnome, named Verin. She’s very shy, and seems to like animals a lot, because she has a pet bunny. He’s so cute. We got sent on a mission into the Darklands. It’s so dark here, and big. I miss home. It’s a huge place with massive tall buildings, with weird magical lights on them that light up at night without spells. It’s so strange here. You remember Eden? She disappeared, I don’t know where she went.
We are in the city of Drakyol, trying to find someone who has been killing a bunch of people. Wish me luck. I found a flower shop, and they had a single purple rose. I bought it for you, I’ll send it with the letter, when I have a chance. Apparently Harris used to live here, and he knows a bartender in town, we are gonna stay there for a little. The person he knows is so strange. Always popping in and out, Bright pink hair, and lots of it. She scares me a little with her abruptness and how suddenly she shows up. She has a weird name too, “Madame”, I don’t know what I think about this place, good food though, not enough fish sadly. We found another bar, the guy who runs it is really creepy. He’s tall, pale, has reddish eyes and black hair. Unsettling. We think he might be the person who killed those people, Maseton snuck in the back and took a look around. He said he found a wall with a bunch of papers related to the killings on it. He thinks he did it. He’s gonna come back in a few days and get a better look.
Hector is much more terrifying than I thought. He ate an entire raw sheep, and then threw up. I don’t know what else happened, I left and went to stand in the rain. There’s not enough water here, I miss the water.
Mom! I learned to fly! I got arrested, but I can fly! The police were so nice and understanding, I didn’t get in too much trouble.
Maseton went and looked around some more in that man’s room. He found out that he is trying to find the killer as well, and said he would help us if we could find any new information. There was a new killing this morning… the person used magic, fire magic. I could tell. Verin talked to some plants and we found out what he looked like, kinda.
We went back to the flower shop to buy you another flower, and I’m scared that the boy at the shop is the killer. He seems nervous around us and very twitchy. We talked about it, and decided to look around and found a very locked up door around the side of the building. Maseton decided he wanted to sneak about the inside of the shop and the back room. Harris turned him invisible and he went exploring. We sat outside for a while waiting to hear back from him. He never came out. Me and Harris went back to the shop and asked the elderly woman who owns the place if we could try to find our friend. She let us look around and we didn’t find him. I tried to look in the boy’s closet to see if he was in there, but the boy was stronger than I thought he’d be, and he stopped me before I could open it. I went around the side with Hector to try to open the locked door. I couldn’t unlock the locks, so I tried to melt them with acid. The police came and took us to jail… we ended up getting out by starting a fight, and distracting the guards...
We left, and went to go check and see a few other suspects. I went to see if the police had any information on the killings, wasted most of my day. We ended up finding a new compatriot on the way. A lizard man of some kind, he calls himself “Shakes-The-Ground”, it’s a strange name.
I went to find out if Harris told us that he went walking late last night and was approached by the man we have been searching for, and he told him to come to a garden alone. We decided to keep an eye on him from far away as best we could, but see what happened.
Hector didn’t come back for dinner, not sure where he went. I explored the city by where the garden is, and I found a stream. It reminded me of home, so I sat and read for a while, remembering sitting by the water listening to you teach me how to read, and control the elements. Can’t wait to visit you again, mom.
The man, who looks like the boy from the flower shop, but with different hair, told us that the people that are dead worked for a bad company, and that they needed to die. He wanted us to attack the leader of the group while he made a distraction. He then brought out Maseton from the shadows, and opened a portal through a tree. I don’t know how he did that, but I want to know.
