So I sent out a package early to one of my Etsy shoppers and it was lost for a few days and the nice lady contacted me to see if I knew anything about it. Even though her package was late, she didn't scream and blame me for u.s.p.s losing the package. She just said she would look into it from there. I was surprised! I called u.s.p.s and waited on the phone an hour and a half before someone answered. The babies had lunch and a bath beforev anyone picked up!.
