The gunneras at Trebah are other worldly. The Gunnera passage is out of this world. The dappled light in there is amazing. It makes you feel like a character from Honey I Shrunk The Kids/The Borrowers/The Minpins but seriously in a beautiful alien land. Many people call it giant rhubarb but it isn’t actually related. This plant is enormous with some stems reaching 5 meters and the leaves can reach up to 2.5 meters across. It’s such an inspiring place. We are so lucky to have this on our doorstep!
