Gotta love a strong warrior 💪 I'm often found worrying. It feels like an invisible wall has apparated around me, dulling my senses to reality so the monsters in my head take over 👺 But I won't let that stop me from living my life and achieving my goals. It's hard but I SMASH through those walls, charging full speed through my monsters, my wall, my worries. I transform from worrier to warrior 🔥 I don't always manage to alone though and that's okay. This is part of #TreePlay for Day 6- #Treebranches with @lauradestefyoga. Just like branches we can grow strong if we have the support we need and I'm so lucky to be surrounded by patient, understanding and supportive people.
