My #wcw this week is Heike Langhans. . I’ve been listening to My Mistake by Hallatar for a good part of today. Heike’s voice brings such a haunting vibe to the song, which makes it all the more heartbreaking. Aleah would be so proud to have someone like her to bring her writings to life. . I low key wish that Trees of Eternity would take Heike in and allow the band to continue, but it would be rude to Aleah, so maybe a tribute show (or a few, that way my broke American ass can have an opportunity to experience it) could happen in the future where she’d take the lead, but that’s all wishful thinking. . All in all, I really hope I will get the chance to see Heike perform live sometime in the future.
