After a full-year-plus (2020-2021) of Covid-19 pandemic quarantines, lockdowns, isolation, sickness, massive death cases, new-norm (extra-disinfecting, social distancing, study and work from home, vaccination...) a restricted lifestyle for personal freedom, there is global exhaustion, anxiety, resentment, all this lead to a sense of rebel from the restrictive "new-norm", associated with an extreme nostalgia to 'the near past' pre-pandemic lifestyle of the late '90s and the early 2000s with all the rebellious styles of punk, goth, emo in glamorous pop-art, grungy backlash, and practical urban senses in Fall 2021 fashion, accessories, and beauty trend direction.
