They are non-binary and use They/Them pronouns but are alright with He/Him as well. They went on testosterone and have never been happier. They now spend their time with their husband helping local trans men and women as a therapist.
This is Xander, They use Ze/Zim pronouns They/Them and It/Its. Alot of their life was toxic as they denied that they were trans because they weren't dysphoric. Hindering their life greatly as they weren't allowed to be themself. Now they spend their time being a greater person than they were. Realizing you don't need dysphoria to be trans and uplifting everyone they can

They spent most their time in and out of treatment for mutiple mental illnesses before realizing a lot of it stemed from internalized transphobia. Now they spend their energy as a makeup artist empowering others.
