So many causalities, so much death. Aquene rubbed her forehead as she watched the city from her perch. She'd see to funerals and services once everything was finished. Right now she just wanted to forget. Spirits, she'd give anything to forget.
Comfort me for Samantha, please.
[Not sorry for potential feels]
The war against the triads seemed to grow worse with every passing day. For Aquene it was the worst when she heard this casualty list and Inia was on it, then further down she saw both Mishin and Riao had fallen as well. All to firebenders. Hopelessness washed over her and she had closed shop for a week to grieve.
Samantha had been passing through Republic City that week, too. Seeing that the clinic was closed worried the warrior, even more so when she noticed that Aquene didn’t lock her door. Carefully the red head crept upstairs. It was there she found the therapist curled up on her couch, three empty fire whiskey bottles on the floor around her. She must have heard Samantha, given how she turned her head slowly to her. Aquene’s face was streaked with drying tears. That was all that it took to have the taller woman cross the room and scoop up the therapist.
Aquene turned her body to curl around her, sobbing softly into the other’s shoulder. When asked what happened she only shook her head, not telling the other of the turf war or her friends that had died. Instead she just clung onto the Amazonian until she had run out of tears and had fallen into a fitful sleep.
Not knowing what to do Samantha just stayed there, holding the withdrawn therapist and offering as much comfort as she could.
[And Mishin and Riao are just two npcs of mine that I always seem to have die… weeeeee]
Online!
"It ain't a party unless the avatar's involved, bitches." Korra smirks, patting Naga on the head.
Soooo...Chikko is dead.
//Yep and now she's a ghost. Poor thing.

"Nobody will miss me."
Chikko continues to follow the equalists as they dragged her body with them.
"We should just dump her into the bay."
"Idiot, her body will float to Air Temple Isle."
"But we can't keep dragging her with us everywhere."
"You're the one who took her with us, you moron!"
They begin to bicker and Chikko floats in between them, listening to them. She sighs, attempting to reach for her jade bangles but her hands only pass through. One of the equalists lifts her head up by her hair and she looks at her face, looking into her own eyes, now empty.
"Dump her into the river!"
"No!"
Another lost life
Aden stood and looked down at his own body. He always knew a firebender was going to be behind his death, he just never thought it was actually going to be Mako. Letting out a sigh he kneeled down next to his body and looked over the intricate design the lightning formed on his body. He stood back up and opened his shirt seeing that all the scars and burns were gone. Aden smiled slightly. "at least there is one plus of death"
