The prosecution of Osborne Montague continued today. After days of procedural evidence offered by the Watch and Forensic Analysts, the Prosecution surprised the Jury today by calling a personal witness. Many dismissed her name on the witness list as a typographical error. Posey Lucrezia Capulet is a member of the Capulet family and currently works as a party hostess with the niece of Mr. Montague, Valeria Montague. The submissive wore an eye-catching designer outfit. Her nerves were readily apparent, although as questioning began, Ms. Capulet grew more relaxed and articulate.
Initial evidence was slow in building as Mr. Troisi obliged the young witness to detail her personal scholastic and employment history as well as each interaction with the Montague family. Mr. Spencer Montague, counsel for the former Head of the Montague family, was required to object on several occasions as Mr. Troisi’s questions required the submissive to speculate or give opinion evidence, when she was simply not qualified to do so.
Then the jury grew increasingly fascinated as Mr. Troisi obliged Ms. Capulet to relay the specific details of her one sexual encounter with Osborne Montague. By the conclusion of her evidence, Mr. Troisi had managed to obtain her agreement that the encounter was dubious in the best of circumstances and could very well be termed as an abuse of the Dominant’s power and authority. Every effort to try to excuse Osborne Montague’s actions in their interaction only permitted Mr. Troisi to further his point that the Dominant was willing to use any means to obtain his own gratification to the objectification and humiliation of a young submissive, related to him in several directions.
Posey Capulet grew increasingly hysterical, requiring Justice Capulet to caution Mr. Troisi on several occasions and at one point called a recess in the day’s proceeding in order to allow the submissive the opportunity to compose herself. Spencer Montague declined to cross-examine the witness before she was dismissed. It is unlikely that Mr. Troisi will recall the witness at a future time, although she was cautioned against leaving Verona in the interim.
