APRIL 2015 HOUSING FACTS ACCORDING TO THE TRIANGLE MLS:

New Listings:  4,755 which is +3.8%  

Closed Sales:  2,724 which is +2.9%

Median Sales Price:  $212,000 which is +6.0%

Average Sales Price in the Triangle and Greater Raleigh Area: $250,918 which is +4.8%

Days on Market to Sale:   66 which is - 4.3%

Months Supply of Housing Inventory:  4.7 which is  -  19.7%

To Compare:

April 2011 to April 2015 Inventory is down 52%
