Autumn starting today out warning us not to use heavy weights since we're going back to 2 rounds of 15 reps. So I did most of these moves with 12.5 lb weights. So happy I did since I was burning out on the last few reps! 🥵
Message from today's workout: If you're modifying, not getting in all the reps, or not able to go the whole time, doesn't mean you're weak, it means you're human! If you stay consistent with your workouts and make it a goal to push just a little bit more each time you can, you WILL get stronger! 💪

The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course
In his work at Victoria Emergency Associates in Austin, TX, Peter Craig, MD, employs the latest technology to treat patients. In his leisure time, Peter Craig, MD, enjoys scuba diving and is certified as an Advanced Open Water Diver by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). Any person aged 12 or older who has already completed the Open Water Diver course may take the Advanced Open Water Diver course, which provides an in-depth education in a variety of areas. The course requires participants to complete five “Adventure Dives.” One of these is the “Deep Adventure Dive,” which educates divers on the physiological challenges of deep water diving. Another dive is the “Underwater Navigation Adventure,” which teaches navigational skills for divers using methods such as landmarks, kick cycles, and a compass.
