The Scare | Alice, Jefferson, Jack and Grace

It had been a few weeks since Alice's arrival and since then she had been quite busy. She had found her long lost daughter, and her former lover who she had wished was not so in the past and then her long time engagement to Jack had broken off and now this. Alice was in the bathroom for a long time, wishing that she had been more careful but she had to try and see this as a good thing. Before sending a text to meet up with both Jack and Jefferson, she took another long look at the positive pregnancy test.

As Jefferson was kissing their daughter goodnight, Alice slipped down the stairs and pulled on her coat when Jefferson was at the door. She smiled at him and thanked him for a wonderful tea party. "Thank you for not kicking me out," She smiled awkwardly at him.
