Mark was expelled from the AAR (association of authors reps) for blackmailing a client and withholding information from her. Other ex-clients have reported a lack of communication and transparency and generally shady ethics.

People warned about his behavior on QueryTracker, but the agency covered it up by removing his QT page altogether.
