New Deadlift PR! After 8 months (took my last PR last June 2017) and also into my 8th week of the Hatch Squat Program (4 more weeks to go), I was able to exceed my previous deadlift PR, which was 225lbs. I was trying to reach 350lbs but I settled for 345lbs.
