Yesterday I raced
Then I ate. Then slept. Then ate. Then slept. Then ate. Then slept. Today, I am jumping back into training with both feet! I was a little disappointed with my run. What my time was, I'm not really sure because the race was so disorganized most of us ran too far. Instead of 2.25 miles, I'm pretty sure my wave ran a full 5k. That being said, my stamina by the time I hit the run was not horrible, but it wasn't pleasing either. Today, I run.
