To any and all Milly's and Meryl's out there: You matter so so much and I hope you know that. I know there is all of talk about Wolfwood that always goes around, but there are hardly days in my heart where I don't think about my Milly and Meryl because they really did mean so much to me. Maybe a bit annoying sometimes(in the best of ways because we know I never took care of myself without pushing) but they were my first long term connection to humans. After so long of being alone, having regular travel buddies meant so much.

You're important and you matter.

Nick, I remember when you literally stumbled upon me like a soggy cat. The way things were then are very different than they are now, and I think I recognize that more than you can ever fathom, haha.

You're so strong, and have continued to never hold anything in your heart but a still flickering warmth that perseveres and still holds kindness that comes so naturally because it's you. In all the time I've known you better, you remind me every day the image of humanity I fell in love with and held close to my own heart. I consider myself lucky that I ended up being someone you hold close to yours, as bleeding as it is.

Not everything is easy, and you've certainly not had that. I remember when you struggled with nightmares and sleepless nights, with needing to push yourself to get up and remembering to eat. We couldn't watch one bit of the source we lived for so long until I remember when you began to yearn for it(you've always yearned) and asked to see it again and we began to enjoy it. When the sleepless nights stopped, they turned into bundled up mornings in blanket forts. I remember when we finally experienced snow together and all we both wanted to do was lay down in it and see each other and realize this is a new series of experiences we're going to get to share and see that No Man's Land never would have let us have. We can have that now, and so much more.

Through your struggles, I am going to be there. I know I can trust, too, you'll be there for mine. You always are, even when you aren't sure of what to do. I was not your Vash, but that being so changed nothing when we chose each other.

Though my lives may continuously change(as I seem to discover more and that is not going to stop www) my love to you does not waver and we'll still be right at each other's sides. In every life.

For our tomorrows, Nick - for every one we'll share together. I love you.
